The Selling process

If you have not sold a house before it can be a daunting process, our aim is to simplify that for you and below we offer a step-by-step guide explaining the various stages and procedures.

  1. The Valuation - The most important part of any sale is the valuation, we will provide you with an accurate valuation of your property, after careful research of your locality and market trends, and we will then advice on an appropriate asking price. Other agents may over value your property to secure your business, which leads to its own problems. Our valuations are free and with no obligation.
  2. Marketing -  Once a valuation has been agreed, we us a professional photographer to take digital photographs of your property and create a specialist to create the floor-plan. We then agree an appropriate marketing strategy with you, offering a range of options tailored to achieve your sale objectives.

    The marketing of your property will include advertising on the main property portals like Zoopla, Find A Property and Primelocation, displaying your property in our office window display (it will be displayed in both our Camden & Islington offices), and erecting a For Sale sign at the property.

    We also work closely with other London wide estate agents to provide further exposure of you property.

    Once your property is on the market, we’ll continue to deal with the sale in a proactive manner, contacting you on a regular basis with all developments and interest shown buy buyers in the property. By monitoring the levels of interest we can give ongoing advice.

  3. Viewings - All viewings of your property will be accompanied by a sales negotiator from our office, minimising any stress and anxiety you may have during this process.
