I lived in one of Tony Alana Estates housing for nearly a year, before relocating abroad. The whole process, from the initial contract signing to the return of my deposit was handled smoothly and rapidly, without any hassle. Throughout my stay they were substantially more responsive than the average agency in London, and acted upon their promises while being flexible to accomodate my and my roommates needs. Happy to have rented from them, and would recommend to anyone.
I’ve resided at a Tony Allen Estate property for a year and 6 months and it’s been a great experience! My time there has now come to an end but I can honestly say that the room I was renting was an incredible size, and a great price. Overall I’ve had a good experience living at the house, and the house itself was lovely!The location was local to access to central, and a variety of parks including Clissold, Finsbury, and Highbury Park. Shaz from the agency has been great! Super friendly and kind, and got things done when requested regarding works, faults or actions regarding the property. I’d recommend Tony Allen Estates any day.
