Our fee structure is designed to provide comprehensive services with no hidden surprises. Whether you’re a landlord entrusting us with full property management or opting for our Let Only services, we’ve outlined our fees clearly to ensure you have a complete understanding.
FULL MANAGEMENT
12% Fee + VAT
LET ONLY
10% FEE + VAT
For landlords who prefer handling day-to-day management but need assistance in finding the right tenant, our Let Only service covers advertising the property, arranging viewings, managing contracts, facilitating the transfer of first month’s rent and deposit.
Rent Arrears
- If no payment has been received by the 4th day of the month, a Late fee of £30.00 (inc VAT) will be added to your Account.
- If no rent is paid 7 days after the 4th day of the month, another late fee of £30.00 (inc VAT) will be added to your account and this will reoccur until the FULL rent as well as late fees have been paid.
- If payment is continued to not be made, then you will be sent a written reminder (via post) and an administration fee of £30.00 (inc VAT) will be added to your account.
- If no payment is received within 5 days (from date on letter) of the first reminder, a second reminder will be sent and a further £30.00 (inc VAT) administration fee will be charged.
- If no payment is received within 5 days (from date on letter) of the second reminder, a third reminder will be sent and a further £30.00 (inc VAT) administration fee will be charged.
- If payment is still outstanding, then your details will be passed on to a Debt Collection company and all further correspondence will be handled by the Solicitor. The Solicitors costs plus interest according to your lease will also be due.

Late fees for rent arrears are £ 30.00 (inc VAT) if no payment is received by the 4th day of the month. Additional late fees will be added if the full rent remains unpaid. The process and charges are clearly outlined to ensure transparency.
